UNIQUE FUN RECREATIONAL CLASSESAlong with our All-Star and Competitive programs, we provide a wide-range of fun recreational-level sports clinics and classes. Each program has a goal to have children feel good about themselves and to make fitness fun! Our well trained staff members and small class sizes help children grow physically, cognitively, socially and emotionally in a truly supportive environment. Our recreational programs are priced from $90 to $120 per 8-week session. and there is a $35 one-time per season Family registration fee. PLEASE REGISTER AT FRONT DESK. - You & Me (Parent(s) plus children ages 18 month to 3 years, co-ed) A great way to bond and exercise with you child. Designed to help develop gross motor skills, spatial and hand/eye coordination. Class time: 45 min. [ Monday @ 9:30 a.m., Wednesday @ 9:30, Saturday @ 9:00 a.m.]
- Tots Tumbling (ages 3-4 co-ed): A fantastic class for little ones who are ready to participate with the instructor. (2 year olds must have graduated the You & Me classes) Class length: 45 min. [Mondays @ 10:30 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., Tuesdays @ 5:00 p.m.; Wednesday @ 10:30 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., Thursday @ 9:30 a.m., Saturday @ 9:00 a.m.]
- Kinder Kid I & II (ages 4-6 co-ed): Beginner Kinder Kare is designed to bridge the gap from an age-specific to a skill-specific class structure. This class introduces basic terms and skills on beam, bars, vault, and floor. Class length: 55 minutes [KinderKid I: Monday @ 11:30 a.m. and 5:00 p.m; Wednesdays @ 11:30 a.m. and 6:00 p.m.; Thursdays @ 10:30 a.m. and 6:00 p.m.; Saturdays @ 11:00] [KinderKid II: Mondays @ 12:30 p.m. and 6:00 p.m.; Thursday @ 11:30 a.m., Saturdays @ 10:00 a.m.]
- Home-Schooled Students (physical education for all ages, co-ed): Class incorporates gymnastics, basic exercise and stretching skills into a fun-filled program that can be used for your child's state required physical education credit. Class length: 55 min. [ By appointment ]
- Beginner Girls/Boys (ages 6-8, 9+): Class geared toward developing strength and flexibility as well as skill progressions. Class length: 55 min. [Girls: Wednesday @ 12:30 p.m.; Thursdays @ 12:30; Saturdays @ 10:00 a.m.] [Boys: Tuesdays @ 6:00 p.m.; Wednesday @ 7:00 p.m. ]
- Beginner Girl (ages 9 and up): Girls: Thursday @ 7:00 p.m
- Advanced Beginner Girls (ages 6-8, 9+): Geared towards those with previous gymnastics experience. Requires placement by Program Director. Class length: 55 min. [Girls 6 to 8: Monday @ 7:00 p.m. and Tuesday @ 7:00 p.m.] [Girls 9 and up: Wednesday @ 6:00 p.m. and Thursday @ 6:00 p.m.]
- Intermediate Girls (ages 6 and up): Gymnasts at this level begin to string together skill sequences and more advanced aerial elements. More strength and flexibility are required at thsi level. Requires placement by Program Director. Class length: 55 min. [Mondays @ 6:00 p.m.; Wednesdays @ 5:00 p.m.]
- Advanced Girls (ages 6 and up): This advanced class offers gymnasts a variety of advanced skills on all apparatus, including more advanced aerial elements on the floor, kips and advanced dismounts on bars, cartwheel and back walkovers on beam, and vaulting over table. Due to the increased expectation of skill requirement, the class time is lengthened to 85 min. Requires placement by Program Director.
- Unique Kids (All ages, co-ed): We provide children with special needs an opportunity to actively engage in a structured physical activity. Designed for children with a range of physical and intellectual special needs, including autism, cerebral palsy, and downs syndrome. Class length: 55 minutes. [Friday @ 6:00 p.m.]
- Beginner Tumble & Trampoline (ages 6-13, 13+ co-ed): Classes are open to those who want to focus on the very basics of tumbling and trampoline skills including handstands, rolls and cartwheels along with flexibility and strength. Class length: 55 min. [Ages 6 to 12: Mondays @ 6:00 and 7:00 p.m.; Wednesdays @ 5:00, 6:00 (3A), 6:00 (3B), Thursdays at 5:00 p.m.; Fridays @ 6:00 p.m., Saturdays at 11:00 a.m.] [Ages 13 and up: Mondays @ 7 and 8:00 p.m.; Tuesdays at 5 and 7:00 p.m., Wednesdays @ 7 and 8:00 p.m., Thursdays at 6, 7 and 8:00 p.m., Fridays at 7:00 p.m., Saturdays at 10:00 a.m.]
- Intermediate Tumble & Trampoline (co-ed): Open to students who have a basic knowledge/skill set for tumbling and trampoline and wish to improve their overall level of skill for fitness and cheerleading. Introduction and continued work on aerial skills are a large focus of this 55 minute class. [Tuesdays at 6:00 p.m., Wednesdays at 6:00 p.m.]
- Advanced Tumble & Trampoline Co-ed: Open to those who have developed an above average talent for tumbling and trampoline. Athletes will work on the most advanced skills. Main focus on on connecting basic and complex elements for trampoline routine construction, along with higher level salto skills. Requires placement by Program Director. Class length: 55 min. [Mondays @ 8:00 p.m., and Thursdays at 8:00 p.m.]

- Youth Wrestling (evening and weekend introduction classes for children of all ages and abilities).
